"We first took out a policy with Sureterm Direct in May last year, following the purchase of our motorhome, and have just renewed it. My purpose in writing is to thank you for the excellent service you have provided. We are not referring to any claims we have had the misfortune to make, but the little extra things you do - for example, the text message my husband received following the renewal of the policy, asking if the documents had arrived safely. In addition, we telephoned early evening last Friday, in a bit of a panic that we hadn't mentioned the bike rack we had fitted - at the time your operators were all busy, and offered to telephone back, which they did so well past 8pm, which we believe was outside your normal hours. Many companies wouldn't have returned our call until the next day, so we very much appreciated the service you provided (you could teach a few others the meaning of customer service!!)."
