Responsibilities will include:- Taking inbound calls from prospective clients, quickly establishing rapport and assessing client insurance requirements accurately.
- Accurately identifying potential risks.
- Calculating premiums.
- Keeping updated with new product knowledge, systems and procedures.
- Making outbound calls (No cold calling) to prospective clients based on call back sheets and event notes and diaries, with a view to booking new business and rebooking existing clients.
- Using information from our current database to cross-sell and up sell accordingly.
- Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Complying to FSA Regulations at all times.
Candidates for this position will need:
- A previous strong sales experience within the banking, financial services or insurance sector.
- Excellent computer skills.
- To be technically minded.
- An ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.
- A positive attitude.
- Passion to succeed.
- Extremely money driven.
Hours of work:
- Mon-Fri Week 1: 09:00-17:00
- Mon-Fri Week 2: 11:30-19:30
- Alternate Saturdays: 09:00-17:30
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience, also includes bonus + commission.
