I had to shop around for a better quote than my renewal at my previous insurer and was delighted by the service and price I was given by Sureterm.

I feel I should write and thank you for the superb service received recently when dealing with Sureterm Direct. My insurance quote was far from simple and at times I was a slightly irate customer! However, Leanne dealt with this superbly, understanding my frustration and explaining the problems, not getting irate back as could have reasonably been expected. She was a model telesales operator who you should be proud of.

Good service and very, very honest. - Sureterm Direct told me everything I needed to know - including all costs, benefits and exclusions.

We first took out a policy with Sureterm Direct in May last year, following the purchase of our motorhome, and have just renewed it. My purpose in writing is to thank you for the excellent service you have provided. We are not referring to any claims we have had the misfortune to make, but the little extra things you do - for example, the text message my husband received following the renewal of the policy, asking if the documents had arrived safely. In addition, we telephoned early evening last Friday, in a bit of a panic that we hadn't mentioned the bike rack we had fitted - at the time your operators were all busy, and offered to telephone back, which they did so well past 8pm, which we believe was outside your normal hours. Many companies wouldn't have returned our call until the next day, so we very much appreciated the service you provided (you could teach a few others the meaning of customer service!!).

Excellent service, Friendly and he more than halved my premium. I was reassured all the way through the call, having had issues with other insurers in the past. I came away from the call smiling, and knowing I was in good hands. Underwritten by Lloyds too, I'm glad I took my Dads advice and rang you. The discount you gave me, helped balance the extra cost of monthly payments.. much appreciated as we have a 1 1/2 month old son Felix to look after... so every penny counts.. THANK YOU SURETERM !!

I would just like to take this oppurtunity to say how pleased I am with the service I received from Sureterm. I will not hesitate to recommend Sureterm to friends and family in the future.

Seems like good insurance, could not match the price anywhere or even come close.
