Renew my Policy

Renewing your policy with Sureterm Direct couldn’t be easier. Around three weeks before your current policy is due to end, you will receive a renewal letter in the post; this will include details of your premium for the next year as well as our Terms of Business agreement and all supporting documents regarding your policy.

We’ll provide you with full details of the steps you need to take to ensure your policy is renewed. If you currently pay for your premium with monthly instalments, we will automatically renew your policy without the need to take a deposit. If you paid for your current policy in full, we will request that you call us before your renewal date to confirm that you’re happy for the renewal to go ahead and to complete your payment. If we have not heard from you the week before your renewal is due, we will try to contact you by telephone.

If we have made any changes to the way we operate or if we have introduced any new processes we will always outline these changes on the covering letter of the renewal invitation. Similarly, if we have been unable to quote a premium with the same insurer you were covered by last year, or if we have been able to find a better price through another insurer, we will make these changes clear to you.
